| Move | Mistake | Correction | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | | Landing on heels / Heavy feet | Land on the ball of the foot (midsole) to act as a shock absorber. | | Squat Jumps | Knees caving in (valgus) | Push knees out over toes. Engage glutes. | | Push-ups | Flaring elbows out at 90 degrees | Keep elbows at a 45-degree angle to protect the shoulder joint. | | Lunges | Front knee extending past toes | Keep the knee behind the shoelaces to protect the ACL. | | Burpees | Sagging hips in the plank phase | Squeeze the glutes and brace the core to keep a straight line. |
