Ang "Lihim na Karunungan" ay isang konseptong tumutukoy sa mga kaalamang hindi karaniwang natutunan sa apat na sulok ng silid-aralan o sa mga pormal na paaralan. Ito ay kilala sa Ingles bilang esoteric knowledge o occult . Sa konteksto ng kulturang Pilipino, ang lihim na karunungan ay malalim na nakaugat sa sinaunang tradisyon ng mga katutubo (indigenous people) at naging bahagi ng ating kolonyal na kasaysayan.
