Junyuu Chuu -
To practice junyuu chuu is to notice without grasping. To participate without forcing. A farmer practicing junyuu chuu doesn’t fight a late rain—she adjusts her planting by a finger’s depth. A calligrapher feels the humidity in the paper and chooses a drier brush. A parent, instead of rushing a child through a tantrum, sits on the floor and breathes until the storm passes.
