Xdelta Ui ~upd~ Instant

XDelta itself is a brilliant piece of technology. It uses a difference algorithm to record only the changes between two files. This makes patch files incredibly small. If you want to turn a standard Super Mario World ROM into the infamous Kaizo Mario World , you don't download the whole new game; you just download the tiny changes (the patch).
