1️⃣ Plug in USB → Open This PC 2️⃣ Right-click USB → 3️⃣ Choose exFAT or NTFS 4️⃣ Click Start → Done.
If you prefer the newer Windows 10 interface or cannot see the drive in File Explorer, the Settings app is a reliable alternative.
Find your USB drive in the list. It is usually labeled as "Removable" and will show a black bar if it is unallocated. Right-click the block representing your drive's space.
