This is why "saving SHSH blobs" is a popular practice in the community. If you save your SHSH blobs while Apple is still signing a specific version, you essentially save a "snapshot" of Apple’s permission. Later, if you want to downgrade to that version (even after Apple stops signing it), you can present that saved blob to prove you had permission at the time.
