If you have enabled the port and the drive still doesn't appear, check the physical connections. Ensure both the SATA data cable and the power cable from the PSU are seated firmly. If the drive is brand new, remember that it will not appear in File Explorer until you initialize and format it using the Disk Management tool in Windows.
