The story follows Sidhu (Akshay Kumar), a simple cook from Chandni Chowk, Delhi, who is mistaken for the reincarnation of a legendary Chinese warrior. He is taken to China to defeat a villainous tyrant. The film aimed to celebrate cross-cultural exchange, featuring fight choreography by the late martial arts master Kwong Chi Leung and a cameo by Chinese actor Gordon Liu.
